PHOENIX (AP) - The Milwaukee Brewers activated closer Eric Gagne from the 15-day disabled list on Monday and optioned righty Mark DiFelice to Triple-A Nashville.
Gagne had been out since May 23 because of right rotator cuff tendinitis.Gagne, who won the 2003 NL Cy Young Award with the Los Angeles Dodgers, is 1-2 with a 6.98 ERA. He has 10 saves in 15 chances.
Salomon Torres, who went 12-for-12 on save chances in Gagne's absence, will remain the Brewers' closer.
